rolling
rolling session free play (RSFP)

Pre Requisites: A confident capsize on flat water

Course Information: This one hour session allows you to use the pool to practice your skills, drills and rolls whilst in a safe environment. Staff will be keeping a watchful eye over your water safety but it is up to you to plan and devise your own session. This will be great if you have someone else to come with but we will gladly help you pair up with someone when you arrive.

Assessment: There is no assessment. This is all about having fun, practicing and progressing at your own speed.

What is provided? We believe it is important to use your own equipment if you have it but please show it to your instructor at the beginning of the session so that they can check its suitability. Any equipment used in the pool must be scrubbed and cleaned prior to use. We can supply kayaks, spray decks, buoyancy aids, helmets and paddles on request, however these must be booked in advance. If you want to buy any equipment prior to your session please have a look at our shop. It can be sent to you in preparation for your session or we can have it ready for you to use when you arrive.
